Players stand at least four feet apart.

Gameplay:

Play the audio file.

When an action is called out, all players must quickly perform the instructed movement with both shoulders:

Flexion
-
Extension
-
Abduction
-
Adduction
-
Internal Rotation
-
External Rotation
-

Players are eliminated if they:

Perform the wrong movement, even briefly.
-
Fail to complete the correct movement before the next action is called.

The game speeds up as it progresses. The last remaining player wins!
